Actual circuit party footage, high drama and mounds of glittering, pulsating flesh collide in this hectic yet touching tale about desire and drugs on the dance floor. This sizzling double disc collection of two eye-popping films explores the notorious craze of circuit parties and the muscle-bound excesses of the gay club scene, blending fiction with fact to dizzying effect.
Circuit is a hyper-kinetic drama set in the sex'n'pecs, music-and-muscle world of the circuit party scene, where drugs flow and inhibitions fall away on the sweaty dance floor. John is a closeted small-town cop who moves to LA, where he is quickly seduced by a lifestyle of intensive workouts and dusk 'til dawn parties. He is drawn deeper and deeper into this magical ether, the real world gradually slipping away. Salvation comes in the beefy arms of boyfriend Gill, who won’t give him up without a fight.
In When Boys Fly, Tone, 21, is an outgoing and handsome biology student who is the life and soul of the party. Brandon, 23, is a white party virgin and all round mummy’s boy. Todd, 35, is a twink-loving circuit veteran who brings past and present boyfriends to the party. Jon, 19, is Todd's new lover, who wonders if their relationship will survive the scene. Away from the ecstasy of the dance floor, When Boys Fly examines a unique breed who live for the perfect party.
