The content of the DVDs, Download or Video Stream are only for personal use only, any diffusion, dissemination, editing, copying, sharing the film on the world wide web or broadcast in whole or in part is strictly prohibited and will result in prosecution.
You must be of appropriate age to order and receive our films either as DVDs, download or video stream. If you are ordering a film or programme for any other person, you confirm that the intended recipient of the order is of the appropriate age to view the film or programme ordered. If a child watches an age-restricted title when they are not of the relevant age, they may become upset by the content of such title. We urge you to act responsibly therefore when choosing material for viewing by someone else in your household.

The prices payable for the materials that you order are clearly set out on the website. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable.

Items shown will be in stock unless we tell you otherwise. However, occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to supply a particular item.
There will be no contract of any kind between the end user and Peccadillo Pictures Ltd. unless and until the end user receives confirmation from us that the goods are being dispatched. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually confirm that the goods are being dispatched. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason.
We shall deliver the DVDs to the delivery address that you supply, provided this is a valid UK address. We aim to deliver your order to you in one single delivery (subject to availability) and as quickly as possible. Most DVDs will be posted to you within 2 working days of receiving your order. We will advise you by email if there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your order. The DVDs shall normally be posted to you by first class mail. Any times or dates stated on the Site for delivery are estimates only. We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver DVDs within the time specified, but we do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.
All downloads and video streams are subject to specified system requirements and we accept no responsibility in the event of loss of sound or vision quality that may be due to your Broadband connection or inadequate system specification. We are not liable for any lack of performance, unavailability or failure of any element of this website where the cause arises for any reason beyond our control.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Us, We will not be liable for any delay or non-acceptance of orders. We reserve the right to require further proof of identification, including proof of age, if an order is placed using a debit card.

Shipping & Returns
Orders to UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail or Midnite Express and are packed and despatch within 48 hrs from the date your order is processed. If an item is out of stock we will aim to despatch within 5 working days from re-ordering a title from our warehouse. However if a title is out of print or has been deleted we will notify you for a refund or exchange.
Postage and Packing would automatically be added to your order as detailed on the order form prior to reaching the secure payment section.
If there is a delay in despatching your order, you will be notified accordingly and you may cancel your order for a full refund. No cancellation is allowed once the goods have been despatched, we will only issue a refund if these goods are returned to us in unused condition within 30 days of despatch.

Unwanted items must be unused/unopened and in the original packaging (shrink wrap unopened) and packed in secure packaging and must reach us within 30 days of despatch. As you are responsible for the items until they reach us, we strongly suggest you use a secure delivery method such as Recorded Delivery.
If any item is faulty, or we have sent the wrong item, please contact us on the telephone numbers above or by email. Please note that out of office hours and during public holidays there will be an answer phone facility to leave messages. In all cases, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post office in case your parcel is delayed or lost in the post.
Once we receive the goods in the original condition, the exchange or refund will be actioned.
